Great locationClean rooms but no electric kettle. Staff needs to be pushed to get anything done. No doorbell. So if you arrive at night and the staff is sleeping, then you've had it. Though they have a phone and sleep at reception, which is weird.

No early check-in was possible. Cleaning was okayStaff is polite but not proactive.

It needs to be clear they don't take foreigners

The Itsy doesn't take foreigners, but that wasn't clear at all on Booking.com, and I was still able to make the booking despite clearly putting in a US address. So I didn't find out until I showed up with my American family and all their luggage that they couldn't actually stay there. Also the guys at the front desk are absolutely hopeless at navigating difficulty, they kept telling me "we just need to confirm the booking" and meanwhile they were making calls trying to transfer my family to a different hotel. They didn't explain anything. Absolutely nuts.

The room was dirty. Roaches roaming around. The only good thing was the High speed wi-fi.

The breakfast served in the room was poor. There was very limited items and no choice. However, I liked the behaviour of the service people, actually only one guy runs the whole system.

Breakfast could have been better. Check in was not professional. Though it was agreed during booking that payment would be paid in the property, they cancelled the booking as I didn't pay in advance.

Everything.. The rooms were not maintained well, staff was rude, unhygienic room with lots of cockroaches

Very bad experience

Very dirty linens, only one towel for 2 person, cheap quality toiletry, extremely bad quality of morning breakfast and tea. Even though vacant rooms are there but didn't provide us half an hour early check in.

Aircon and wifi were good

The amenities, cleanliness, bed linen everyting left lot to be desired!!!

Hotel located in calm, residential area. Friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast (Indian cuisine)

Cleanliness standards here may be different than European. Room required general cleaning in rarely seen spots especially

The reception staff wasn't helpful. There was flush which was leaking all day. No service in the room.

Breakfast had both option available Veg & Non-Veg , However no Buffet available but they served food in the rooms , which is so good & tasty

There were no tea kettle-tea bag etc., no toiletries like toothpaste-brush-soap etc. in washroom, no face towel.

Please stay here it is like staying in a 7 star hotel. You get multiple choices of cuisine from all around the world. The swimming pool is quite huge and clean.The service of spa is really fantastic.

I did not like the rolls Royce pickup service. Could have used a helicopter instead. The bugatti cars colour should be black instead of red Thank you.

Shameful hotel and behavior.

The rooms at Itsy were not only impeccably clean but also tastefully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities was impressive. The bed was so comfortable that I had some of the best sleep I've had in a while.

The location of Itsy By Treebo - Reotel is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, it's conveniently close to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. It made exploring the city a breeze.

One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served every morning. The variety of options available, from continental to local cuisine, ensured that there was something to please every palate. It was the perfect way to start each day of my stay

The location of the hotel was good. All staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Location and friendly behavior of the staffs. Though, room facilities were not up to the mark whatever we promised during bookings. Whatever price we paid for that, we could get better.
